Follow the steps below to troubleshoot your Brother printer:
⦁ Check the printer port is plugged properly and the power supply is consistent.
⦁ Switch off your printer and then turn it on again to fix any temporary problem.
⦁ Check if the USB cables and ports are in working condition. If this doesn’t make it right then continue with the rest of the Brother printer troubleshooting steps.

⦁ Delete the print queue.
